A smooth white sauce is the star of many Italian dishes. So that everyone can enjoy the perfect besciamella too, we’ve cleverly replaced flour with soya protein and milk with soya to create a Vegan White Sauce that doesn’t compromise on flavour. No one will notice the difference, unless you tell them, of course.
