Partridges marmalades and preserves are the product of over 50 years of expertise. Everything is handmade in small batches and cooked in open pans, with the fruit being stirred and poured by hand (this ensures more whole fruit ends up in the jar!).
Serve with hot scones and croissants, or use in summer trifle and cheesecakes.
