Eco Day is an organic gourmet oil with medium/high fruitiness. It is produced in the area of Finca Vista Alegre, in Jaén, Spain The Eco-Day is represented by the bee which is a key pollinator for agriculture and world food. The bee is also an important biological indicator of the health of the olive groves.

This cold extracted, early harvest oil has very low acidity. It has fruitiness with herbaceous and fruity green notes such as banana and apple peel. In the mouth it is well-balanced with a fresh, marked green profile. Spicy and slightly bitter.

Well matched with many different foods such as fish dishes, shellfish, pasta and pizzas, and is ideal for dressings. A great accompaniment with cheeses and with desserts such as soft chocolate ice cream with flaked salt.
