Liberty Fields Apple Balsamic Vinegar

This innovative vinegar is made in much the same way as Italian balsamic vinegar, but using apples grown in Dorset orchards! Matured in wood for six years, it has a wonderfully intense, deep flavour. As well as using on salads, it’s a great partner for grilled meats or charcuterie; a drop brings out the taste of strawberries and other soft fruits.
