Partridges Cherry and Amaretto Jam

Partridges marmalades and preserves are the product of over 50 years of expertise. Everything is handmade in small batches and cooked in open pans, with the fruit being stirred and poured by hand (this ensures more whole fruit ends up in the jar!).

Made with gorgeous, whole black cherries and delicately flavoured with Amaretto. Spread this jam lovingly on warm croissants.
