Chocolarder Again by Chocolarder Limited Edition Orange Peel Chocolate Bar 70g
What happens to the peel when you have squeezed all the juice out of an orange? Waste orange peel from Natoora gets roasted, and freeze dried to make this incredible chocolate bar. A marriage of orange peel and rainforest saving cocoa beans. Fixing the food system by thinking outside the juice box.
The cocoa beans for this dark chocolate come from Gola Rainforest in Sierra Leone, here various charities including RSPB have been working with local farmers to grow crops in harmony with the rainforest including cocoa. We are proud to have been working with this project for years.
CRAFT CHOCOLATE
As with all our products, the chocolate is made from bean-to-bar in our Falmouth factory.
INGREDIENTS
Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, unrefined sugar), Orange (cocoa butter, unrefined sugar, orange peel). 70g
Again, is a range of chocolate bars made using surplus ingredients that otherwise would have gone to waste. Our food supply chain is broken, and we want to be part of a growing number of people showing that it doesn’t need to be.
Don’t worry, we haven’t been rummaging in bins here, just stepping in before that point and working with partners to give new life to things they have finished with.
We couldn’t be prouder to be launching this circular economy chocolate.
As with all Chocolarder products, this bar is completely plastic free and the cocoa can be traced back to farm level.
PLASTIC FREE PACKAGING
All of our packaging is 100% plastic free and recyclable, we’re diligent about sticking to our principals, which means that you’ll never see plastic packaging from us—ever.
